Normally the Invacare Nutron R51 series will either use a 12V 35AH U1 series battery or a group 22NF 12V 55AH series like this product. I have not heard of one with a 43 AH battery in it. I would measure the actual size of the battery box on the chair, that will tell you 100% for sure if you can use these batteries. Since they are 43AH units I will assume that yes, you can step up to the 55AH batteries without an issue.
