Can this be used used on lead acid batteries also? What is the charging difference?

The CTEK Lithium series charger is not a good match for any chemistry other than lithium as this is what the charging algorithm and voltage output are geared for. This can charge a lead-acid battery in a pinch but is not recommended for repeated use.
