can these batteries be charged outside of the Razor Scooter?

Would we be able to charge these and separate from the scooter and then swap out when the current batteries are run down?

Not conveniently, the problem is that the Razor scooter charger is meant to plug into the port on the scooter itself meaning you would need to have these batteries installed in the scooter in order to use the original charger. You could be a separate 24V charger with small battery clamps but it would be a bit of a hassle to charge the extra set.
