Can you just charge two batteries and it still work ? Will it be a solid green light when done or flashing green ?

Not all of the battery banks need to be in use for the charger to work, so it can charge only two batteries instead of three. The light will turn solid green when its fully charged, the blinking green means your batteries are almost there at +90% charge level. When you see this the NOCO GENM3 unit will trickle charge the battery all the way to its true 100% charge level.
