I noticed battery is non-returnable once filled with acid. What do I do if battery fails during the 12 warranty?

If the battery fails within the year warranty period we do not require it to be shipped back. We will replace it if there is an issue, the only cost to you would the shipping charge of the new battery out to your location. Note that if it fails within the first 60 days then that shipping charge is waived.
