Will this battery charger work in a campervan setting to charge/maintain a 100ah battery while pulling other loads

The charger will be able to maintain and charge a 100 amp battery but can error out if the draw on the battery is too large and outpaces the charger. Please also note that this charger must be connected to a 120V AC outlet in order to begin charging.
