Can I hook multiple batteries together and tend with one charger

You can, but keep in mind that the max output of this charger is 1.25A. If you stringing multiple power sport batteries together there is no problem, however if your trying to do it with automotive or deepcycle batteries then the charger may not be strong enough to properly maintain them.
