There is a minimum voltage of 4V needed in the battery for the charger to begin working. If your less than this voltage level then the charger will not recognize the battery and will not charge.
my battery is 0v CTEK MXS 5.0 Battery Charger Cig Plug Bundle
My battery is at 0V, completely dead. Will it charge it or is there a minimum voltage the battery has to have before it will start charging?
