If there is an issue with a conventional battery within the one year warranty then we do not require the battery to be shipped back. Please see the below:
All items that are not performing to their rated specifications as stated by the manufacturer within 60 days of the delivery date will be replaced by High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. at no cost to the customer - this includes the shipping charges both ways.
For items thought to be defective after the 60 day period that can not be returned to High-Tech Battery Solutions a new replacement will be issued after the warranty is approved. High-Tech Battery Solutions will cover the cost of the item however the customer will be required to cover the shipping expense.
