Yes, you can pull the line fuse to kill the leads and be just fine - it will not have any impact on the remaining two banks functionality.
3 Bank charger but only currently need 2, Is it ok to just pull fuses in the line of 3rd bank. NOCO Genius Battery Chargers
Bought 3 bank charger for boat but currently only need 2 banks. What do you do with wires for third bank, is pulling line fuses good enough?
