Unfortunately we are not able to diagnose issues with the chair itself. All we can do is offer advice on the batteries. I would recommend using a voltage meter to test the voltage of the batteries to make sure they are not the problem. Fully charger batteries for your chair will read out 12.7 volts or above, if they are severely discharged that may the cause for your issues and replacing them should get the chair up and operational.
