We have 2 e100 Black label scooters that do not run. They lasted approx 1 week and both quit.

Are you using the same charger for both scooters? Its a bit odd that both of them died at the same exact time after only a week of usage, I recommend taking a look at the charger to make sure its functioning properly first before replacing the batteries.
