Unfortunately, you would not be able to run your system all day with a two battery setup. At 2500 watts if your system is turned up a good amount then the longest it would last before the batteries are depleted would be 3 to 4 hours. I recommend checking out the XS Power XP3000 series batteries which are rated at 120AH of capacity. Two of these in parallel will give you a few hours of run time on your stero when the alternator (boat) is off.
