Why wont my GB20 charge

I received my GB20 today. Ive had it on charge using the same adapter I use for my iPhone for nearly 6 hours and the 25% LED is still blinking. The only other LED glowing is the white power which I cant seem to switch off.

After 6 hours of continuous charge, you should certainly see an increase from the 25% charge level. At this point, I would reach out to the vendor you purchased it from to see about that warranty process. If you purchased it from us then please send an email to sales@techbatterysolutions.com.
