The F2 is a spade terminal style, there are three different terminal styles available for the UB12180 battery - threaded insert (IT), nut and bolt (NB), or spade terminal (F2). The FR designation means that the plastic casing is made from a fire-resistant material that has a higher flash point than the standard ABS plastic cases.
