Yes, the CTEK MXS 5.0 charger and cig plug bundle will work on the Cadillac CT4 series. The CTEK MXS 5.0 unit will need to be plugged into an AC outlet to power the charger, and the charger can be connected to a AUX port inside of the vehicle to charge to the battery. You can leave the window open to run the cord outside of the vehicle without an issue. The only thing I would note here is that you need to make sure your AUX port has a live connection to the battery once the vehicle has been turned off. Alot of the newer cars will have battery management systems built in that can shut these ports down. If that is the case there is typically one port left live all the time specifically for application like this.
