The Pride Mobility has two different style batteries that can fit the scooter depending on the case that she has. The standard capacity version is a 12V 12AH battery, which you can find here: Go-Go LX CTS Standard Battery Kit. If she has the high capacity battery box on the chair then it will take a pair of 12V 18AH batteries which can be found here: Go-Go LX CTS Extended Run Time Battery Kit.
If she is not certain which case she has, I recommend measuring the height of her current battery box. If its less than 6.5" tall then she has the standard battery set. Please let us know if you have any questions!
