Honda generator, what setting should I set the charger at? Will this gen actually recharge the batteries if also running lights and heater fan?

You should set the CTEK 7002 unit on the correct charging mode for your battery chemistry you have. If you are running the heater and lights off of the battery bank at the same time then you run the possibility of either cancelling out the charge going into the battery or have a net negative and still be discharge the battery bank depending on how heavy the draw is on the batteries. The charger puts out a charge rate of 7A - if your draw is close or exceeds this then the charger will not be able to keep up.
