At this time we do not have a lithium option available for the Drive Medical Cobra GT 4. I can however tell you that if you did make the switch to lithium you would need to get a lithium compatible charger to get the most out of your battery set. The only other issue I can advise on would be your battery gauge. The voltage drop in lithium is much slower than AGM, so your battery gauge will not show the true charge level of a lithium battery until its near the end of its run time.
