The charger does not need to be connected to a battery in order to show an LED indicator light, it sound like there is an issue with the charger itself in this case.
My battery tender jr does not light up when i plug it into the wall. Does it have to be connected to a battery for Deltran Battery Tender Junior 12V Charger, 021-0123
I plug charger into wall outlet that I know is working but the led does not come on. Does the charger have to be connected to a battery for the led to light up?
