The first thing we will check in this case is that the batteries are wired up correctly. If you confirm that your batteries are wired up correctly then the next step will be to take a look at the batteries themselves to see if there is a defect among them. Do you have access to a voltage meter?
If you do then testing each battery individually for voltage will give you a clear indication if there is an issue with one of the batteries. The voltage of these batteries brand new is going to be 12.7 volts or higher. If you have a battery showing zero volts that would be your problem.
If all of the batteries are showing proper voltage then the next step would be to trouble shoot the issue with the connection between the battery pack and the scooter. If we know the batteries are good and charged then its a matter of tracing the connection between the battery pack and the scooter - checking all connections points, fuses, and plugs.
