This battery is typically used as an auxiliary or supplemental battery to your starting battery in order to provide more power to your amplifier. This battery is wired up with the positive lead being connected to the starting battery and the negative grounded out to the frame of the vehicle. The battery is then connected directly to the amplifier. This will allow the battery to be charged by the alternator when the vehicle is running. You can also re-charge this battery using an AGM friendly charger at the 2A output range or above.
