Yes, the CTEK MX5.0 unit will work without an issue on your F250 truck. The only thing to note here is that when using the cig plug adapter make sure you are using a 12V port that is hot (on) while the vehicle is off. I don't think it will be an issue for your truck however the newer F250 models will only have a single live port when the ignition is off.
