No, the upgraded 12V 20AH batteries will be physically taller than your original 12V 12AH batteries and require the extended run time battery box. The heaviest duty batteries that you can put in the 12V 12AH battery box are the CSB EVH12150F2 series batteries. These are the same foot print and terminal style however they are a 15AH and will provide more run time and a higher cycle life. Keep in mind that you will require a pair of them for the battery box.
