WARRANTY HANDLING INFORMATION:
All items sold by High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. will have a stated warranty period displayed on the product page within the specifications tab or in the description of the item on the product page.
All items that are not performing to their rated specifications as stated by the manufacturer within 60 days of the delivery date will be replaced by High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. at no cost to the customer - this includes the shipping charges both ways.
Items thought to be defective after the 60 day period need to be return to High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc at the cost of the customer in order to be assessed by one of our staff members. Items within this time frame are subject to quality inspection upon arrival to our facility in order to confirm the claimed status of the product. If the product is found defective, High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. will send out a brand new replacement product to the customer at our own expense. Should the product test free of defects, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We are more than willing to work with our customers to cut down or eliminate any potential cost associated with replacing a possible defective battery. Please contact our customer service department at 1-877-775-4381 or email us at orders@techbatterysolutions.com to discuss a warranty claim.
We are unable to withhold the shipment of a warranty replacement at the request of the customer, all warranty requests will be processed and shipped immediately after processing. Issuing of a replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.
