I see your looking at the Titan8 series here which are high output lithium automotive batteries which are the highest output we carry. The original battery your Ram 1500 is a group 94R which XS Power does not make. A very close alternative to that is the PWR-S5-3400R series. The terminal orientation will be the same and the dimension are close. I recommend measuring your current battery for comparison to the dimensions below to see if this will fit in your battery tray.
