This small 6V Honda battery is indeed rechargeable however due to the low capacity of the battery we recommend a charger with an output of .75A or less to charge it. The clamps of the charger can be connected to the positive and negative leads coming off the battery in order to charge it. For new batteries this size the manual typically recommends filling the battery, letting it sit for 30 to 45 minutes to saturate, and then install it. Once installed run the bike for 20 to 30 minutes to put a good charge into the battery.
