The Deka ETX30L will bech test brand new about 420CCA and settle to the 400 CCA rating after the first year in operation. This is the same exact battery that HD sells at a premium, as for their spec difference HD is inflating them a bit. The official rate from Deka is 400CCA and a capacity of 26AH.
