Going to be using this as an extra battery for 4300 watt amp. Do I need bus bars or post adapters?

Going to be using this as an extra battery to power JP 4300 watt amp. I have a yellowtop optima under the hood with 320amp mechman alternator. Would this be a good fit? And do I need bus bars or post adaptors for this?

It sound like the XS Power D3100 series is your only aux battery in this new setup, so you can get away with using no terminal adapter or terminal block to connect the battery. When you get your cables made (or purchased outright) you can get them with eye let connectors which would then bolt right onto the existing terminals of the D3100 series.
