You can not turn off any specific bank while the charger is on and connected to batteries. It does not have an on off switch that can be toggled like that, as soon as the charger is powered it will begin charging all batteries that are connected to it. If you have an empty bank, the other banks will continue to charge assuming they are connected to batteries. Also keep in mind that this is a fully automatic battery charger that will not overcharge any battery its connected to.
