Whats the battery life for continues usage? Duty hours of usage? I work a 15 to sometimes 20 hour shift.

The best way to compare this is to the battery that you currently have on the radio. Run time is always based on the use of the radio. Just like a cell phone. The less you use you, the longer the battery lasts. The more you use it, the faster the charge will go. If 5100 mAh is a higher capacity than the battery you have now you can expect a longer run time proportional to the percentage increase in capacity.
