The Deltran 12V Battery Tender unit is a low amperage charger designed to be a maintainer for automotive batteries. This unit is not capable of jump starting any application at all due to its low power output. If you are looking for a jump starter for a commercial application I recommend taking a look at the NOCO GB150 unit. The NOCO GB150 jump starter is capable of starting gasoline engines up to 9L and even diesel engines up to 7L.
