The small brass washers included with the Leoch MX30-3 Battery, 12V 30AH 440CCA AGM can be used to help create a flush mount for the battery cable to the terminal. Most of the time, you won't need these washers as the terminal is designed to be at the very front of the battery, enabling a default flush mount for the battery cables when mounted to the front side.
