The question mark remaining illuminated on the battery pack is unusual, does the AED have a self diagnostic that you can run with the battery installed to see if the AED unit itself also produces a fault code?
How do you know if your Zoll R Series battery is retaining its charge? Zoll SurePower, E Series and R Series AED Battery AED Batteries
All green lights light up when the "check" light is pushed, but do not stay lit. The "question mark" light remains yellow continuously. Do we need a new battery?
