For a secondary battery for my amplifier, can I use the XP 3000 instead of the 51R AGM battery?
XS Power D5100R AGM Battery Group 51R 12V 3000W 3100A
Because these are two different batteries. Wasn't sure my alternator would keep up on the secondary unless the same size. Thanks

Your auxiliary battery will often be larger or smaller than your primary starting battery for audio systems. This is not an issue for your vehicles charging system, the only recommendation that we have would be if you plan on having a battery bank as the auxiliary. If you are using two or more batteries wired together to make on large auxiliary bank then we recommend that they be the same size.
