The batteries in these lifts typically last between 4 and 5 years, so based on the install date of the batteries that's where I would start!

We are trying to figure out why our Harmar chair lift is not working at our church. The only thing I can tell you, on the label it says it was mfg. date of Feb. 2015, Pinnacle, Serial ASLPA150202-130-00150. I have to do some digging to see when it was installed, but the original battery was replaced approximately 4 years ago. It is at the bottom of the stairs, and I have replaced the batteries in the remotes. The power button is on and the key is turned so the green light is lit in the arm. Some one thought when the battery went dead it did a continual beep. Our office gal wasn't at church this a.m. for me to find the operating manual, so will check into that. Other information you can give before I call a service tech would be appreciate. Thank you, Wanda
