Does it look like the chair is throwing fault codes? Sometimes the control panel on the chairs will give specific LED indicator lights to show a fault in the chair itself. I recommend taking a look at the manual for the chair and seeing if this is the case prior to replacing the batteries or the charger. That being said the chargers typically work until they don't – meaning that as long as you get LED indicator lights that it's charging and you see the same reflected on the control stick of the scooter then the charger is functioning. Normally the number one indicator for a bad battery in these chairs is going to be either significantly less runtime or no runtime and all.
