Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this. In the past, Power Wheels have sold conversion kits, but they stopped making those about 6 or 7 years ago at this point so finding them is extremely tough. What I recommend doing is calling Fisher Price Mattel and seeing if there is a local repair facility near you, and taking the Power Wheels in so they can retrofit it for the new batteries.
