I'm using 2 of these for automotive use for off grid badlands so... what rate or altornator should be used to charg (Deka Unigy 12AVR100ET Battery)

I would recommend using a controlled DC charger such as the CTEK D250SE unit. Running a straight alternator to these batteries won't do you any good in the long run. The CTEK unit is specifically geared to charge AGM units, so it will take care of any equalization, float, bulk charge, mode voltages, everything. It also gives you the ability to tie in solar, should you choose to do that in the future.
