Will these batteries provide enough amps for powering a 36 volt club car golf cart? 3 in parallel.

You're going to have a reduced range due to the reduced capacity of wiring only three of these batteries up compared to, let's say, six or eight GC2-style batteries. In the end, you'd be spending a tremendous amount of money compared to the GC2 batteries.
