Once an order is placed, the first email you receive is going to be the order confirmation. The second email you receive is an automated email from our warehouse management software that will include a tracking number and a clickable link in there for you. If for whatever reason you can't find that in your email, absolutely reach out to us. You can go back on our site and initiate a chat with our customer service team, they're very responsive. We're open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. EST for a chat or call, or send us an email at orders@techbatterysolutions.com with your full name and we can track your order down and give you the tracking information and ETA.
