I'm assuming that you've left the bike on charge for 8 to 10 hours, and it's still not turning green. If that's the case, it certainly sounds like it could be a battery issue. When's the last time the scooter ran? Has it been sitting for a long period of time? If it's been sitting for a long period of time and you just tried charging the battery, let's say after a year or two, then that's not surprising. It is probably time to replace the battery in that case. If it stopped running all of the sudden however, with no indication that there was a battery issue prior to this, then there may be something else going on!
