Can these be used as "spare" batteries to swap out as needed to extend the mileage I can get?
Zip'r Roo 3-Wheel Battery Replacement Kit
I just bought a Zip-r Roo 4 wheel scooter that they have on sale. The original is stated as lasting "up to" 12 miles. I'd like to make sure that I don't get stranded. If these can be carried along as a spare, and be changed out as needed, I can be sure to have enough power to either continue or to return to my hotel.

Unfortunately, no. The Zip'r Roo 3-Wheel Battery Replacement Kit isn't a plug-and-play spare battery system. You're required to reuse your existing wiring harness, so you can't simply swap these batteries out quickly on the go. Installation requires more effort than just carrying extras for instant replacement.
