if GB40 battery is very low how can I charge it

my GB40 doesn't seem to be charging when hooked up thru the USB/AC Adapter. Is there anything I can do to bring it back ?

It could be the charging block that you're using. Make sure you're using a charging block rated at least 2A or higher, as lower-rated blocks may not provide enough power. Also, try switching out the charging cord, since a faulty or damaged cord could also cause charging issues.
