Why is it showing four batteries for a EW 10 and my scooter only shows three

Your 100% positive that you have the eWheels EW-10 Scooter? If you're not able to verify, you can get back to us with the voltage and amp-hour rating of the three batteries that you currently have in there. You can send that information to us at orders@techbatterysolutions.com. Very few of the eWheel scooters only take three batteries. It's normally two, four, or six.
