i just installed 2 new 12v batteries in series and turned on the noco genius gen 2 charger and only bank 2 lights (Battery Chargers)

First thing I would do is check the fuse in the bank that's not lighting up, since a blown fuse could be the issue. Then I’d disconnect the working bank and leave on the non-working bank to see if it lights up by itself.
