This battery, if used by itself, traditionally gets charged by whatever device it is being used in. For example, let's say you're using this 18650 flashlight. The flashlight itself will have an integrated charging circuit in there, in which you would plug in, let's say, a USB-C or a USB cable into it, and it would recharge it from the flashlight itself. If you're using the battery for another application, you would need to get an individual 18650 charger.
