You would need to follow the original wiring diagram for the scooter itself. If you don't have that available, then you need to go off the voltage of the scooter. If it's a 36-volt scooter, which I'm assuming it is for three batteries, then it's going to be positive to negative, positive to negative. That'll connect all the batteries together and combine the voltage. You'll have a positive open on the very first battery and a negative open on the very last battery, which can then be connected to the scooter.
