To be honest, it depends. Quantum has the Edge Q6, and they have the Edge Q6 HD. The HD, or the heavy-duty version, actually takes a physically larger battery. It's a 12 V, 75 Ah. This particular unit is a 12 V, 55 Ah, what's called a Group 22 NF.
I would recommend taking a look at the batteries that are currently in the electric wheelchair, voltage- and amp-hour-wise, to see exactly what you have.
